Sales Manager (Exhibit A) to secure a FREE evaluation unit for 30 days with no purchase obligation. Proxim will ship the evaluation unit to the

VAR directly and all evaluation units need to be shipped back to Proxim within 30 days of receipt or before March 31st whichever is earlier. If

you decide to keep the product, you will need to complete the purchase transaction through Proxim’s authorized distributors.
